Taaleem Foundation Educational Complex (TFEC) is a subsidiary program of Taaleem Foundation. Taaleem Foundation (TF) is a professionally managed, PCP-certified, non-profit community support organization set up in 1989 by Dr Zafar Qadir who wanted to bring about positive social change through education in Balochistan. 30 years later, Taaleem Foundation is now an established development organization, working in the fields of education, healthcare, social mobilization, vocational skills, cultural heritage, surveys & analytics, climate change, biodiversity, renewable energy and developing / deploying technological applications for social sector solutions for integrated community development.

TFEC is an umbrella of educational skills where different kind of skills are being introduced at a time for the community of SUI Dera Bugti Baloochistan. The major contributions of PPL & TF are Infrastructure development ,Community live hood, Vocational trainings, Trend of social entrepreneurship, Capacity building of staff and teachers , Provision of Solar city, Trainings ,VU campus in a remote area, Growth in community through awareness and resource mobilization and its “Vocational Training Institute, Sui“. Taaleem Foundation institute serving by engaging the local youth and provided skill based training in dress making, hand and machine embroidery, industrial machine operating, and home textiles. In the application development phase, Taaleem Foundation has approached the partnering enterprises to seek and identify the skills shortage in local market. As a result of series of consultative meetings Taaleem Foundation (TF) and partnering enterprises prioritized selected sets of needs, on the basis of which, training programme is built, conceptualized, and designed to address the skills shortages in the area.
